Alpha Lubricator Service

FG Marine Through close technical cooperation with YCMP, makers of MAN&WinGD Engine, Now can undertake the routine overhaul of the Alpha Lubricator,  also has all versions of professional service software, which can fully check the entire Alpha Lubricator system, eliminating hidden dangers.

Besides, through good relationship with YCMP, FG can get and provide MAN Original spare parts for alpha lubricator, such as service kit ,solenoid valve, feedback sensor,accumlators and angle encorder.

 

 

Maintenance for Alpha Lubricator Unit

-Disassembl and change service kit and other spare parts，

-Change accumlators or recharge nitrogen for accumlators to required pressure

-Downloaded system setup file from MCU with the specification software, and checked the setting

 

-Checked analog & Digital signal in/out by terminal

-Re-tight all cable terminal

Load transmitter check

 

-Carried out inspection of the Load transmitter and all 5 points are required to be calibrated, initial Low, Initial High, Idle load, 25% load, 50% load, 75% load and 100% load. All of these calibration points are from M/E shop trial report.
