FG Marine Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 in Shanghai, After years of development, FG has become a comprehensive marine service company of global chain, professional in Turbocharger and Governor overhauling, laser cladding, Diesel Engine and Electronically Controlled Engine maintenance, Lubricator, PMS&BMS, Cylinder liner honing and measurement, etc.

FG Marine Group owns a professional team of 120 employees consisting of engine and automation engineers, with ARA authorizations of Mitsui E&S, Mitsubishi MET, KBB turbocharger, and YXMP MAN & WinGD engine, as well as BOSCH spares and Yukang stern tube seal authorization etc.

With the support and trust from shipowners, FG Marine establish its own Global Service Site at main ports and shipyards, such as Shanghai, Zhoushan, Fujian, Weihai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Singapore, Greece, Turkey, and Shipyard Workshop in Zhoushan Yiulian shipyard, Fujian HuaDong shipyard, ZTHI&NASCO shipyard, Paxocean shipyard.

Turbocharger & Governor Service

When FG Marine was first setted up at 2004，Turbocharger and Governor had become the main business item，now already 20 years of repair experience.

 

Currently, we have Turbocharger service team consisting of 12 turbocharger professional service engineers and 50 technicians. and a Governor service team of 10 service engineers.

 

In 2021，K&C Global .Ltd from China Hongkong joined FG，Greatly enhanced FG's overseas  Turbocharger service capability.

 

In 2021, FG Marine repaired totally 763 vessels with over 1500 main engine

 

and Generator turbochargers and Governors.

FG has the authorized service certificate for MITSUI MAN, MET, KBB Turbocharger. All workshops are equipped with SCHENCK brand balancing machines. 

After years of developing，We are the largest private Turbocharger service manufacturer in China, repairing more than 1,000 main engine and auxiliary engine Turbochargers of various models every year.

We are also able to undertake  sales of spare parts and laser cladding of TC rotor shafts .nozzle ring .cover ring and etc.

LASER CALDDING

FG Marine has world first-class high power Laser Cladding machine , this system uses  fiber-coupled semiconductor laser generator produced by Germany company as light source.
Suitable for high power cladding and heat treatmentand medium power of rotor recondition and metal welding ,
it canundertake the TCA, NA, MET,TPL, NR,TCR,TPS, KBB serials of turbocharger rotor , nozzle ring and blade recondition.

 Governor Technical Service

FG has latest governor test bench with full computer control and display, suitable for bench testing of all types of generator governors.

Governor as one of the company's initial technical services, we have 20 years of experience in governor repair, repairing more than 800 sets of various types of governors each year.

Experienced technician team can undertake the overhauling and software adjustment of current hottest electronic governor UG25+ of WOODWARD .
